We work with Areas, Regions, Counties and Districts across the UK to help produce content that promotes Scouting locally, as well as supporting national and international events. This ranges from a single person helping out on the day, to a full team of photographers, videographers, radio presenters, writers and social media specialists working an event over several days.
Here’s a flavour of what we’ve supported recently:
Croydon Scouts’ Connect 2025 — a District conference bringing together over 100 adult volunteers and young leaders for a day of workshops and seminars. A good example of the smaller-scale, local support we provide alongside the bigger national events.
Gilwell Reunion — our long-standing coverage of one of Scouting’s key annual gatherings at Gilwell Park, capturing the speeches, the reunions, and the atmosphere of the day for people who couldn’t be there in person.
Scoutabout! — supporting a family camping weekend with photography and video crews, helping the event team capture and share the day as it happened.
Oxonjam — our first major multi-camera live broadcast, run with five cameras and eight Scout Content crew, hundreds of metres of cable, talkback and graphics, all through a full outside broadcast unit supplied by one of our professional members. Filmed not far from Blenheim Palace, despite patchy mobile signal in the field — proof that a small team can deliver a genuinely live broadcast at scale.

Behind the scenes with our multicam film crew at Oxonjam!
Oxonjam was our first major multicamera, live streamed Scouting broadcast, utilising five cameras, eight Scout Content crew, hundreds of meters of cable, talkback, graphics, all controlled via a full outside broadcast unit supplied by one of our professional members.
It went really well despite the less than ideal mobile 4G coverage in the field not far from Blenheim Palace, and proved our small team can make really big events happen – live!
